A few new maps

Post by Ironhide »

These are the maps that I've been working on during the past months. It took kinda long because I had much to do and barely had enough time to work on the maps.

As you know I also announced that new weapons (also with new meshes) would work in the retail game, I actually already finished the weapons themself, but due to a lack of technical resources it's not possible to release them, as there might still be bugs. I did not have any possibility to test that, so I only finished the maps and stopped the weapon project.

About the maps:

Not entirely all of them are new, a few were built from scratch, others were not. But I'll mention that at every map. I'd be glad about some feedback. :)
Avaris:
Status: New
Features: New static meshes, textures and effects
Theme/idea: Idea was taken by an Unreal Tournament 2004 map, but entirely new built in RepCom, that includes meshes and everything else.

CommandoBridge (Remake):
Status: New
Theme/idea: The map has only a very few in common with the original CommandoBridge, still it was the basic idea to recreate it. The map rather fits to the Engine theme.

DONNERWETTER, some really nice maps, first one I like the most.
Small Soora is really cool.
I played some very good matches on Vanish and that map is killer.
