Why 60-90?
Very few monitors can actually benefit from over 60fps, and it actually wouldn't make any difference when just watching a video.
Since it's a crappy console port I'd imagine I could easily record it at 60fps while playing with very high if not max settings.

The biggest bottleneck that most people have with recording isnt the CPU or the graphics card but rather the harddrive. Best thing is to have a seperate harddrive to record the footage onto.
