Ridley, Raptor and the others
Dudes, i made quick decisions about the zero and impact thing, neither of you as generals (espescially raptor) put total effort into getting new members and making a lively squad. I thought to myself, Ridley was the best option for an active divcom as he has the heart and soul for leading TX after his old clan (i forget the name) got ruined.
So, as Ridley being the new divcom, we needed a betgen, instead of picking someone in the clan, i picked zero as this way we would have a really really good general in gameplay and another member would follow him. (not a good decision, but it makes us more active).
I did all this because in a weeks time its my 15th birthday, my family has had one brother die, another had to leave the country as of bullying and the wrong group of people were onto him and now im having 2 more operations to keep me here
I dont really want to come into the forums and see you writing bad things about me, i had to make fast decisions as i thought at the time they were good ones.
And btw, the Hasero thing was NOT a demotion, he said to me he would never be annoyed if when i left, i put myself higher than him, and it was also a joke to see if he noticed.
But if you guys arent going to want me here as im making this clan go backwards.. i might as well spend the time i may have here in this world away from the divison i created?
your call gents....

Hey, nobody said that we dont want you here, to make this clear first.
The activeness thing is a good idear, but we must be consequent in terms of clanhopping. we cant just let people betray us. Then it would have been nice to ask everybody first and if you arent good, you had 2 gens + Davy + Hasero, and you dont had 'em for no reason....... but for now be should think about how to go on and handle with that whole situation.
Its impossible to keep Zero as Squadgen with the others hating him. So i would say that we should talk to zero, ask him to take a lower rank, and if he doesnt agree kick him out. I'd say Steel.
And if you have problems, like i said, we can help you (well, at least in clan situations)
Well, i think im done
P.S. : It's name was SF

dude, we're all more or less experienced leaders, I've lead 2 squads for 2 games for more than 6 months sucessfully and you could've at least pm'ed me and asked me what I think... it just ain't fair to other members if you just take someone new and put him in a rank others would've gained much more.

Oh my, excuse me for actually doing stuff in my summer-vacation, I don't want to spend alot of time behind my computer, recruiting people. Also
this shouldn't have anything to do with your home-situation, bad things might happen, decisions should be made, but not on a goddamn clanforum.
And if we gens don't put the 'needed' amount of time in recruiting people, you replace us with a goddamn clan-leaver? He should've started as a recruit.

No, I am not heartless, I'm just saying it as it is.
Ofcourse I feel bad for you, and we all respect it if you'd tell us, just doesn't mean that you have to make all kinds of descissions here, in TX.
