What happend with SX?

Alright all generals... i want to face you guys asap, i want to get in TX so i can participate in the tournament if VAsH signs yall up i never player a tourney before and im guessing this will probabily be the last tourney in Rep Com..

Just saying that if TX will participate, Pvt and PFC's won't be allowed to play. This would stick to our old rule for ER tourneys in the past.
