Hey,
Try to have a K/D ratio of 2-3 and a kpm of 5 maybe in depot and 3-4 in the others maps.
Play against gens to have their votes.

Some good and some very bad screens.... just play on servers where you got a good ping!

good guy, skills and able to work in a team.
the screenshots you posted arent the best, you're a lot better from what I've seen from you ingame.
keep improving your teamwork by playing with high and tactically skilled members!
