So I found some links and topics about the new HotFix for the long Loadtime by the ATI Graphiccards.

The HotFix works really fine.
I had before a loadtime of 1:30 mins
and now only 20 Secs.

I recommend strongly to wait for the final version of the new Catalyst. This is not a final release and could cause problems!
