Kappa Squad

As of the often inactivity of Iceman, he has contacted the command council, he wishes for Numb to be appointed as MGen and take care of Kappa squad whilst he is inactive.

This may not be a permenant role.. but Kappa squad, your new leader is Numb, congratulations i guess.
