Ok, as we all know, we all are on our period at the moment.

The only thing i see when im visting our forums, is complaining, fighting, bitching about eachtother. (and im a part of it as well). This is not TeamXtreme, we stand for brotherhood, loyalty, awesomeness(Yes from now on its a word). We have to stop our behaviour, people who do this (who know themself who i mean) Need to stop this. I also need to stop it. We are to quick offended.

On application i see alot of members misbehaving themselfs, they emberass us, and give TeamXtreme a bad name, to the ones who dont know us that good. We are all into this. We have to make TeamXtreme back to its origins and be the same multigaming Community we always where.

I see every body do it, from {Pvt} to {GOA} Everybody is doing it. I promised my self to change my behaviour from now on to.
-Dont be that quick offended
-If you have personal issues with some one, talk them over on XFire, not on the public forums
-Be more open to things and interesst and ideas of other people
-Respect each other more.

If we all do it, we will notice, its will be getting alot better and we will have even a better teamwork & communication, and verything will be fun again.

Im going to stick to this, Who's with me?

You're right in your points Hasero, and I can even count myself in some of those categories.

Uhm, everyone has a opinion? Why shouldn't they post it? Of course i dont mean sentences like, "omg, don't let this noob in.", but if someone played with him some scrims why he shouldn't write his opinion about this person in his app? Like, "he has good teamwork and his aim is very well.".
And to your opinion about arguments...
Arguments will never stop, because here are so many people from other cultures with other experiences in their life and they all have their own opinion.
To make them silent is not the right answer for me.

I fully agree with Whitey here.
I think that eveybody can express his opinion, that's why we have such a great community and such a great forum. And often times your CC is not the answer to everything. Some things like this can only be achieved by involving the whole clan, member for member. It doesn't do anything if the CC just rules them to behave good if they don't see it themselves.

Anyways as almost always i think Hasero is right. There has been a lot of fighting going on around here and that has to change. We have to learn to respect each others opinons without starting to attack one and another. As for the apps, i think this can only be avoided by deleting every single spam post, since this has been a problem for a long time.

I hope my 2000th post has been put to good use
