Would be better, but it is not possible.

Why is that a problem? In the past I mainly played on American servers with that ping with no problem. I was mostly leading with my score.War wrote:I will not be on this Top20, i've 150 ping

If your program is working (or can work) with the server console, I am pretty sure that you can edit it (if it's self-made or by a friend) in order to pick the user's IP out the console and to associate it to the player name.
