I do not think he was in RC. The only thing he could be talking about was when he went around with sgt rock's tags. He had them on xfire and in game. But I don't think he ever apped or was accepted, I would have seen it somewhere.

he did not even apply. He played this game like 4 weeks or something. I think he did not even shown up on our forums.
