##Poll: Result##

Dear TeamXtreme members!

Considering the poll in "RC-members only", "CoD4-members only" and the PM's I've received, I have got the following result (Top 3):

BBC2: 12 votes (11 + 0 + 1)
CoD4: 11 votes (11 + 1 - 1)
CSS: 8 votes (7 + 1 + 0)

BBC2 won, but it's only a close win. We have to think CAREFULLY about every other step we do now!

- You can put up a division for BBC2.
- You can reorganize the CoD4-section (and I really mean "reorganize", not only doing a few things).
- You can put up a division for CSS, and search more members for it, but NOT NOW! We have to focus on BBC2 and CoD4 now.

I strongly recommend to pick (for each division) one organizer. Someone who is active, creative and puts much effort into that. I also recommend that you should play only one game (we need active members in each division).

For everyone who wants to know how I came to this result:

(Consider that most CoD4 members have access to RC members only aswell, so only a few members voted)

Hmh, ofc it's right to get an organizer, but it's a gay argument to say that this guy should play this one game ONLY, cuz you can be very active in 1 game and still play some other games, too, without loosing skill or not investing time in the main-game.
I will buy a new computer untill March '10, so i will get BC:2 fo shizzle.
I could also be the BC:2 organizer, cuz i still have got a lot of time besides school and sports

If we play BBC i won't buy it. If we choose COD4 i'll play it a few times rarely because i have it. I'm 16 now and im doing higher education, i don't have time to buy new games just for the sake of a clan. So count me out of the decision making :)

It's only a recommendation, not a requirement ;)

Cool, thx. If there are more volunteers, future members of BC:2 (or the CC, idk yet) should decide if you become the organizer then.

Also, I wanna remember you that organizing this div is hard (if we wanna have success..), which means that you have to put much effort into it.
That means:
- You have to think of ideas (not you only, but as the main person)
- You have to animate members to be active (keep making topics about it and talk to the members in Xfire also)
- You have to keep an eye over everything
- You have to think of the next step (this includes making concrete suggestions)
- You may have to search for more members (and/or animate the future BCC2 members to search)

This is a (quite long and difficult) process and requires dedication and endurance. But - if you will be the organiser - it's only fair if you will get the future DivGen aswell.

So, are you sure that you wanna be a candidate for the organizer?

The CoD4-div stays - no matter if we build up a BCC2 div or not. Also, there is the possibility to reorganize the CoD4 div (ranks of members stay) if we get an organizer for it.

For CSS, there is a division in RedCell(with TX like Metal,Judge,me), it's not really active, it can be active in TX if 2-3 mans put much effort on it. In CSS there is a lot of people, we can get people from this game without problem.

They are more in CSS. When I played it I was very impressed by how players behaves in game ... In RepCom we sometimes meet flammers, or fakers, but in CSS ... o.o

That's because the community is much bigger than in rc...

There are more idiots in CSS because there are a lot of players.
In RC there is 1 "your_ god", in CSS you meet 1 cheater or something like that each week. If we have our server (if we make this div) we can ban them without problem.

I think we should make several organizers, we are about 12 members who will join for sure, and at least 3 should be those organizers. Because, as you said, it is a lot of work to get a succesfull division running, and 3 organizers could share the work, to avoid mistakes etc. Would be probably better than 1 member who is respnsable for a hudge project.

I will definetely buy this game! :)

The poll's outcome is really surprising in my opinion, since we didn't talk about BFBC2 before at all.
With such a close result we should do another poll only between CoD4 and BFBC2 in my opinion. Not because i want CoD4 to win, but because you can't build a clan around a game, if you don't have a total majority.

Anyways I'd volunteer as CoD4 organizer, but only organizer, since I am very inactive on the PC at the moment (thanks to Modern Warfare 2), so that there should be a second person who plays active, if I were chosen.

Imo there should be only one organizer, because members will also put effort into this new div (and they should get motivated by the organizer aswell). Yes it is much effort, but things will get more complicate if 3+ people organize that. Well, maximum (!) 2 organizers, in case 1 gets inactive suddenly.

The purpose of this poll was not to find a final game for a new decision. This was just to find out the Top-3 games/chooses of our members. Now that we know which games we'd like to have as new divs, it's up to you what to play and organize (though we concentrate more on BCC2 and CoD4).

You can do both, organizing a new div for BCC2 and reorganizing CoD4, as long as we have organizers for both divisions.

Our next step will be to elect those organisers.

PS: We still have to search for more members, I think 20 members for a div is a good amount to start with.
