Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the server
Not a gamer was stirring, not even a MotR.
Their Republic issued boots were hung by the chimney with care,
In hopes that St Noob soon would be there.

The cadets were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of DC-17s danced in their heads.
And Boose in his ‘kerchief, and pants full of crap,
Had just settled his fat butt in for a long winter’s nap.

When out on the server there arose such a clatter,
Cadets sprang from their beds to see what was the matter.
Away to the window they flew like a flash,
Tore open the blast shields and threw up the sash.

The sniper tower on the edge of the new-fallen snow
Gave the gesture of war to objects below.
When, what to their head-shooting eyes should appear,
But a miniature transport, and eight tiny noobs drinking beer.

With a squirmy old driver, so lively and quick,
I knew in a moment it must be St Noob.
More rapid than Trandos his coursers they came,
And he flamed, and spammed, and called them by name!

"Now Redcell! now, DS! now, TAG and TX!
On, CCP! On, 7DS! on, on Re1Gn and Dark Resistance!
To the top of the bridge! to the top of the decks!
Now noob away! Noob away! Noob away all!"

As empty shells that before the wild hurricane fly,
When they meet with an obstacle, gun-fire lights to the sky.
So up to the barracks-top the coursers they flew,
With the sleigh full of nachos, and St Noob too.

And then, in a head-shot, I heard on the roof
The prancing and pawing of each little Trando.
As I drew in my helmet, and was turning around,
Down the chimney St Noob came with a bound.

He was dressed all in EC detonators, from his head to his foot,
And his Rockets were all tarnished with ashes and soot.
A bundle of AA he had flung on his back,
And he looked like Jar Jar, just opening his pack.

His Concussion Rifle twinkled! His Sonics how merry!

He spammed not a word, but went straight to his work,
And filled all the combat boots, then turned with a jerk.
And laying his finger aside of his Rocket Launcher,
And giving a nod, up the chimney he rose!

He sprang to his sleigh, to his nooblets gave a whistle,
And away they all flew like a homing rocket missile.
But I heard him exclaim, ‘ere he noobed out of sight,
"Happy Noobing to all, and to all a good-fight!"
