I'm not bitching at all, Rep Com is dead and the main roster of the game can't run servers with modified skins exept with Hamachi.
Since 5% of the community use Hamachi and the rest are mostly inactive I don't see the point to do some mods like thoses.
By the way It could be a good idea 2 years ago.
