Dude, PLEASE use Everest and let it generate a report. It will tell you all details, motherboard, chipset etc. included.

Those "general" comp specs do not help!

Another way could maybe be uploading your rig to your xfire profile so we get a rough idea, if you are too lazy to use everest.
