I agree with almost in that the quality really sucks.
Also the text in the intro looks really cheap.
The choise of music also doesn't really support the gameplay and every kill looks the same so that it get boring after a few seconds.

But sometimes the effects don't fit at all. Also it gets pretty boring after some secs like Ridley said.

But since it's your first montage with Sony vegas I think that you can improve :-D

Well. I can say it again and again.

My Computer isnt the best. I cant redner it if i make a good Text. It shows an error when I render it to a new track.

I'll trie to make it better the next time. =) ;D

The intro is a bit long in my opinion, also the effects are not that good and sometimes even dispensable. At first it is fun to see the video, but later on everything is the same, so it really becomes boring. You can also try a better video/music dubbing.
I do not know your old montage so I can not compare them, but I don't really like this one.
