He's the vice captain and main playmaker in the team now. So he has an important role aswell.

Maybe we will also see some matches in Germany in 2012, because Poland and Ukraine probably wont finish all their stadiums.

They said similar things about South Afrika some years ago. In 2008 there was a huge media hype that the 2010 World Cup will be in Germany again, because the Stadiums in SA won't get done in time. Turned out to be wrong though.

I know, but they are not talking about the whole tournament currently, just some matches in Berlin.

I hope I'll be still alive when Italy will organize a european/world championship.
I think France is a nice choice, they have pretty nice stadium, and I also think that Germany has the best stadium in the world (Allianz Arena) another international championship organized by Germany would be cool as well.
