its the "eiserne kreuz". german soldiers got it for special achievements. its also the symbol of the bundeswehr - still today!
firstly given to prussian soldiers in 1813 (preußisch)
and its not only a flag, its mostly pictured on vehicles ;)

Uhm, yes. Ridley is absolutely right there. That navy and its flag existed in the time of the German Empire between 1871 and the Weimar Republic 1918/19.

In Raab's case I guess it was a wrong moment. But these stupid "fans" on the picture are wearing "Thor Steinar" clothes so I doubt that the picture was just taken in an unlucky moment.
