It can still be hosted in WarZone even when non TX members take part. I recommend you to do so to increase the activity (you could let 3 players in each team then, if one is not online the team would still be able to play 2vs2).

Whoever of you is taking the main responsibility in this division please tell us what you want.

Everyone should have the same chances in any situation. And Team-Deathmatch dont requires as much tactics as Search & Destroy. I think we should play object based matches and not matches which are just about to kill your Enemy :)

WarZone actually allows a much better control over the tournament and is very good organized. You should definetely use it, even if it worked good last time there is always the possibility to make it better. All the settings of the ladder can be changed, to TD or whatever you want to. It just works way better. :-)
