but actually I think its a good idea to make/start a little intern 1on1 tournement to show the skill of each of us :)

Ok i think the best idea would be if we make 2 groups and in each group we would play everyone vs everyone in a best of 3 maps..
After this group phase the tourny continues with a typical Tournementtree system.

The four best of each group had qualified themselves for it..
-> again best of 3 maps.

Half finals and final would be than best of five maps.

I don't think FFA a is a good qualifier, it's just turtleing. And not at all about skill. I suggest doing 1v1 best of 3 all the way until finals or so.

In the group everyone can play against everyone in a best of 3 maps until the 5th September.

Rules

The 1st map of a match is stated,
after the first map the winner is able to choose the 2nd one:

1st Round: Desert Oasis
2nd Round: Scrap Station
3rd Round: Lost Temple
4th Round: Steppes of War
5th Round: Delta Quadrant

Win: 3 Point
Lose: 0 Point
(When a draw happens the players have to play a rematch, but only when score is 1on1, if it's the 1st map, both are getting a win for this map)

After this group phase the best 4 of each group qualified themselves for the brackets. Than I am hinging out the tournement tree.. (I'll be again a best of three maps)

Half Final and Final is a best of 5 maps.
