We should talk about the fact that there are maybe some people who really have to deal about this with their parents and have no bank account, paypal and so on.
Guess it`s not reasonable to send one euro by mail and waste another 55 cents for a letter. Ironhide already mentioned that before, so if it really works only that way for some people then I guess paying for a half year in advance it would be good.

For all the others: You love this Clan right ? You like to play on these servers, right?

Theres not matter how much Slots, we rent a root Server and we can put on it whatev. we want to, like our TS3 server, or CSS,RepCom,... also those servers for the other Clans. You get what I mean? Not mater how many slots, we have the root server and it costs a fixed amount of costs, we can set up a 100 slot Server if we want to, no matter (just the maximum limit of space of the root.)

Sure the other Clans have to pay via Slots (as far as I know its about 0,80 Cents / Slot average cost), now we got the Money you mentioned 55,-€ even if this is over those amount of costs we go right now, its alright imo, cause so we can give Vash some money back, which he gave out for TX over ages.

Sure fact is that Vash is still paying for this server, even with this Donation of us, he payed long enough, now its up to us.

I just got some time: 42 (3 1/2 years) * 50 = 2100 total costs of this server in the past

vash received 250,-€ Donations in the last 8 month.

2100 - 250= 1850,-€

Shakur (and old CoLead) was givin donations every month to Vash, I dont know how much but I just say an invented amount: 200,-€

1850 - 200 = 1650,-€

Now I just give out an other invented amount of money: 400€ Donations before the last 8 month.

1650 - 400=1250,-€ completly paid by Vash!


If genius is right with his costs and money stuff and we get 5 Euros more then the servers costs we would need 250 MONTH (1250:5=250) until vash got his money back.

I actually have to agree with Geniuz.
You told me the current server will cost 50€ a month in future because you cancel some features, however in the past 8 months you received 31.25€ donations a month (in average), and you currently host servers for WDM, GS and RC I think, that makes about 20-30€. All together that would be even over 50€ I think. And maybe there'll even be another clan needing a server (like RRP) for which you can host, in that case you'd already earn 25-35€ by hosting for other clans and just 15-20€ by TX members are needed, not 30. You would not have to pay anything then, but you said you'd pay 20€a month, in this case there would not be donations needed at all (of course highly appreciated though and everyone who is able to donate definetely should, but it could be like 10€ by you and 10€ by the members, that would surely be more possible than 30€ a month).

In the case the donations stay as they were in the past 8 months, and you keep hosting servers for other clans (or the future server admin will) there are no changes needed at all and you'd not have to pay anything.

they buy a server from vash and pay a certain amount of money PER SLOT, means:

more slots - more money to pay - more money for vash. i do know that u can host servers until the capacaty is reached. also, i said i understand vash, the only thing i am wondering about is why he is coming up with all this NOW. and the way he describes all this is a bit exaggerated... since he has got this 55€/month fo sure.

Average monthly donations in this entire year: 31.25€
Average money by DP: Do not know it exactly, but at least 2 clans having a server with 8 slots makes 19€ a month.
Money Vash would pay: 20€
Together: 71.25€
Root server: 70€ in the past, but since Vash will cancel some features only 50€ from now on.

71.25 - 20 (Vash's money, if he stops paying at all)= 51.25
51.25 - 50 (root server)=1.25
That would be more many than needed.

Conclusion: If Vash cancel these features, the donations just stay as they are (in average ofc. and maybe even more from now on), and the future server admin will host for the other clans Vash does not have to pay anything. But in case he still would, the donations could go down to 15€ a month by the clan, and 15€ by Vash.
That could better for both sides I think.

EDIT: What the HELL are you talking about "30 Euros per month average" ? This is stupid fuckshit. Just take a look about the donations. I had to pay tons of money, BEFORE I even started receiving donations, so please fuck the past and take a look to the future.

And also, you cannot just add DreamPing's rentals to the donations, since I had many other costs just for DP in that case. So just forget DP; it is NOT related to the clan's costs.

To make it a bit more transparent for all:
How much does the server cost/months?
How much do other clans pay for their servers which they rent from you (all together)?
Then we have a clear difference of what we have to pay.

Forget the other clans. I tell it again, just for you: DreamPing's costs and income are _not_ related to this clan. It is a completely other part and I didn't mix it with my private "actions" like for TX.

Short: We have 50 Euros to pay every month right now with our root server.

EDIT: The WDM clan is paying 18 Euros for their server right now (to DreamPing). They would continue renting their server (just not from DP again) so we'd place their server on our root server. That means we "only" have 50 - 18 = 32 Euros to pay. If the other customer also agrees it is 32 - 8 = 24 Euro to pay.

If this counts, there are 24 Euros to pay every month.
