Well.. pretty smart to post this without donating anything.

So just because we are on the internet and we "cant" donate anything. Doesn't mean we "wont". Seriously.. It's just stupid. Thinking your own clan members really would lie saying that they can't donate when they actually can. There are some people in the world who would but can't. Don't just assume everyones situation. You have no idea what our parents are like. If we are under 18 we can't do bank transfers and stuff like that. Stop assuming.

Starzy, in your Xfire profile I see you got BF 2142, RepCom, Guild Wars, CoD4, MW2 (you even bought MW2 twice) CSS, BF2, BFBC2, Left 4 Dead, WoW, Fifa 09, Halo, Battlefront 2, Half Life 2, WC3, Fifa 08, CS Zero, UT3, Crysis, FarCry 2, Diablo II, Fear and many many many other games. All together you've played 91 games, even if some of them are old, just trials or for free, I suppose you payed for at least 30-40 oft hem.
In your gaming rig you say you own a Radeon HD5770, Roccat Kova, Win 7, 4GB DDR3 and a Phenom II x4 955 CPU, 19" widescreen. Plus a lot of othergood hardware, you've payed at least 750€ for that PC. If you paid 20€ in average for your games (only 40, not even all 91) that makes another 800€.

And now you do not have ~5 € left to support your clan, its members and your "friends" in it. The clan in which you are TS server admin, MW2 general, RepCom honor member, BFBC2 member, CSS member, CoD4 member and also in its GFX moderation team?

That is a shame.

Over here we do not use the euro. I would have to go to currency exchange and switch however many £ for a euro. I would then have to buy however many stamps (It's like 30p(?) over here to send a stamp to somewhere else somewhere in England or the United Kingdom. I imagine it costs a little more for Germany of France. Then there is buying envelopes to send it in (not particularly expensive but it all adds up.)
It really isn't cost effective at all, for me.

Ps. Storm, when I do ask my mum for money, she asks me what I am going to spend it on, unless it is something like dinner, she won't give it to me.

Cultures are different, if things in Germany are different then I understand that, but the idea of sending money to people internationally unless it is a good friend or relative is NOT liked over here.. unless you give money in order to buy something.

Just a suggestion:
Letters from a person in GB to another person in GB are cheaper than from one country to another one, so why do not one of you (example Pricey) sends his money for 0.X€ to Starzy, and then you share the price for a letter to Germany (or whoever will collect it)?

Or you send it to War, who is donating via PayPal, a letter to France is again cheaper than to Germany. Maybe (I did not check the list with the guys donating) there is even a 3rd one in the UK who is donating with PayPal/bank transfer, you could send him the money for 0.X€. Or share the letter costs with him.

Take a look at Santa, we denied him 1-2 weeks ago, banned him for a while from our DM server, he lives in Greece but still donates with sending a letter!

Sorry dude, but at this point even I need to say something... I agree with Storm. If you don't want to donate, then say no and we're done. But those stupid arguments just show you in a bad light even more and more...

Who says you have to go to currency exchange? Just send it in GB. Money is money! Just look, as Ironhide said, who else is willing to donate who's living in GB as well and find the best solution. (e.g. sending it to someone in France etc.) -> though I can't believe it would be more expensive sending it to Germany instead of France.... I believe it's the same price within the EU.

A shame is, how you guys are "explaining it", not the fact that you don't want/can't/won't donate at all...
