No, Lucky we played with him yesterday and the reason why deathyy gave his "no"vote is because, Schokoriegel started tubing against the opponet team in a public SnD match (which is imo a good reason for a "no" vote)...
on top of that he showed very inmature behavior against his opponents (which is a very good reason for a "no" vote since we care for the behavior of our members)
In this case the inactivity was/is not a reason for a "no" vote because he informed us that he was not able to play, so mayby think first post later(sry if that was a bit harsh)
