Almost no one is respecting that rule, most ppl switch between 3-4 names. It would not be that bad just not to wear tags (like Numb said) people still know who I am when I just use "Ironhide" and not "]-TX-[Ironhide", but it is annoying when people have completely different names.
Just an example of what I noticed when I visited the RRP forums:

Yep Judge, I wrote a PM to Vash that I choose Matzey now as my name again and for the future. But he didn't answer yet. So I used Matzey atm., allowed?^^

Well,in the last days i played very much Matches with them.

I also thought they suck and are just a newb clan, but in the time i played with them, i recognized that it's pretty funny to play with them.
Maybe they aren't the best, but they try to play good and versus good enemies, and that's , in my opinion, what count's. =)
