Sorry but this sucks.... it looks horrible and I won't integrate it as it is at the moment. Please rework it.

Since I took exactly the same badges as RepCom I think you mean the displayed guy.
I will rework them now and post the final result here, next time a more detailed feedback would be nice, so I know what exactly to change :-)

Of course I mean the "guy" on there... what else would I mean? It shouldn't be coloured and it's way too big... put it more into the background.
