Would be cool to have some variety.

The maps you suggested on the first page would be enough IMO, I didn't play some of them even once!

I need 2-3 players to download the mappack, and test the new maps with me. Finding some bugs etc. That would not take that long, just a few minutes on each map.

Is there anyone who'd like to do that?

Here is the installer I made 2 months ago including all textures, maps, static meshes and the anti cheat file.

I also created the file for the server, sothat it is possible to set the maps.
I just do not know where I saved it, I also made that a few months ago. If you want these new maps on the server (I posted the screens a few pages before), talk to Vash and then I'll search and upload the textfile with the codes.

will this be next offizial mappak IRON ? or isit like a temporary tester for the mapmonsters to play(like me) and u make more maps ?/ :wink: i didnt think nu mappak maybe out til 6weeks later for TX XMAS :roll:

It is supposed to be actually, since I do not have the time to work on new maps anymore. That's why I asked people to download the maps and test them for bugs, but yet only 3 people downloaded them and no one reported a bug. Once Storm managed the stuff on the server, we will probably publish this mappack and if there are no bugs reported I can not do anything. And I wont make a repack if people complain about bugs or entire maps once it is on the server. It would be too late then and publishing 2 mappacks within a few days/hours is way too confusing. So yes, this is a Beta, but as long as there are no complaints about anything it is the final version.

Bugs i recognized

Corestation: Outdoor, at the "lavabridge" is a texture bug. If you run around, you can't see the lava and instead of it you just see the wall that "runs with you".

Desert: If you are in the red trasharea, you can glitch "into" the stairs and you get hurt.

DetentionArena:If you run to the bactaplaces, you get sometimes stucked and can't move for like 5-10 seconds.

KashyyykArena:If you climp up at the blue tree, you fall off it when you reached the middlepoint and take damage, or you glitch in it and get stucked.
Anyway, if you play them, you'll see that Iron and the other mapmaker did a really impressive work, and that those map's are 100% worth to play on them.

Hey, if you guys are interested I played some of the maps and found some bugs. Just see if you want to do something with it

I know I am not a tester and I am not TX yet but when I used the map I noticed a bug in ArenaOG where you can "enter" the static mesh under the teamextreme pic.
Also I luv your map space iron but you can see it is a box you used and Ik that it is hard to fix that but if you could taht would be nice (And the ship of the droid misses it's center I dont know if that should be so but... just tellin :)).
in tx-enginge you cant pickup the grenades lying on the table with the cloneheads. I also noticed some textures do not allign well but Ik this is rly hard.
The last thing is that td makes me dizzy :lmao: .
Than I want to add that i rly love the maps and I can't wait to play them.
Oh and if you get get me for you can't follow my englisch or if you want to change it but you don't know what I ment msg me plz.

PS: who hates acp so much XD?

They know that, it's just funny to look at if someone tries to get them while he's in a scrim and won't reach them. :)

However I just placed a few messages for fun, hehe.

Thanks for the feedback so far! I will have a look at these and decide wether it is worth to spend the time to change it (get patch, change it, re-create the setup, upload). So if there are no major bugs (getting stuck for a few seconds aint that bad, it also happends on Engine for instance, or a texture bug) I wont change something. But once there is an important thing I have to change, I'll edit all these things you mentioned since I need to reupload it then anyway.

I will tell ya if I run into some more problematic bugs and I have to add I love your maps iron :cuinlove: . but I kept deing taking acp XD but I like it because eventhough I use acp I too get anoyed some times.
