I actually think PC gamers are rather insulting in a chat than console gamers, there are thousands of cheats and tools you can use on a computer hence the quantity of potential cheaters is way higher. Because of that, people are rather thinking his opponent actually is cheating and therefore they get mad. Weird, but true.
It looks funny though, you just need to switch "PC" and "Consoles": :P

Well there are alot of 8 year olds bitchin around on xbox live or psn, but there is always the mute function 
But still, PC gamers are in no way as kind as it is shown in that picture there
