Dear TeamXtreme members,
since the recent trouble about the name-rule and the different several interpretations about it, we decided to make things more clearly for you.
•Every TX member has to use the official TX tags and his official TX name in any kind of private matches, 1v1's, internal TD/CTF/Assault matches or scrimmages vs other teams/clans.
•The official tags are build with the ]-TX-[ sign and the name and the rank tags. The rank tags are including the squad tags and the current rank. If a player's name is too long to use the rank tags he does not have to wear them, but this is more important than a random additional character (like ™). So if your name is too long, it should be clear what you are going to remove before you do not use rank tags. If you can not even use the rank tags without any special sign, you are allowed to play without rank tags.
•The name a TX players uses on a public server is up to his own choice. But any offending content is not allowed and could lead into sanctions when we notice it.
•If a player wants to play with TX tags on a public server, he has to use the same name and rank tags he uses in private matches.
•A TeamXtreme member has to use the same name in Xfire he uses in-Game and on the forums, including the TX tags. But the rank tags are not that necessary in Xfire as they are In-Game.
•You can officially change your name of course but therefore you will have to contact a forum administrator to change your account name, and also a global moderator/RepCom moderator to change it on the memberlist. The best choice would be your general. You are allowed to change youor name once in 3 months.
•Every rule violations can lead to sanctions and warnings.
Further discussions about this rule are not needed and wished. We talked about this for quite some time because of your complaints, but we decided rather not to agree but changing the rule though. The decision we made in the Command Council was clear and barely without doubts.
Best regards,
TeamXtreme Command Council

Stop changing your name then, faggot. Incomplete words as names are for fags, further proving you are a faggot.Artist wrote:But im involved in both MW2 and repcom, what should my name be at forums?

@Artist: That's not a problem, just put your MW2 and RC name in your signature. :)

Re: The "name"-rule.
You should use TX tags actually, the rank tags are not that important but could be helpfull. Your name should be at least close to your TX name if you do not want to use it, like "Iron" instead of "Ironhide" or "Samo" instead of "Samohtui". But In-Game is way more important!SAMO wrote:What's about the Xfire name?

Re: The "name"-rule.
I like this rule, half of the time I don't even know who i'm playing with until the end of a match.
I might get a shorter name, just for the fancy letterings of course :)
