he is not forced to wear his app tag in public matches.The rule only says u have to wear your name with tags and rank in scrims or internal matches.

first, about the name, since i am not always good ingame i like to play without tags (especially in dm) and put tags on if i am good.
So i think its ok like this, since i often play with tags in Tdm or Ctf

Like i said, i dont flame normally(ik you wont believe this just cuz i said it, thats totally ok).
But seriously i dont see it, if there is a friend that i know good ingame and i say to him "lowbob :D" then everyone shpuld understan that its just a joke. if not then i can always explain it to those guys.
