Tutorials are not something you just can take from another forum and post. You need to make sure the person who did then or bought the rights to it allows you to use them.
So how u do it then?: if u find a nice tut u like. You simple send them a Pm or find there e-mail. And if they allow u to use them..then POST EM HERE!!
If u just take a tutorial from another forum its "stealing"
so when u guys post a tutorial u can mayby post a link to the e-mail where they tell you that you can use it.
