dont except anything but good quality!
best example is sick
one of my clips had aweful quality due to some uploading fail
and it destroyed a lot of the built up flow
i honestly suggest you to take only good quality

damn than i can´t upload some clips,cause iam only able to record laggfree when i have the rc settings 800x600 and recording with 30fps:(
