Good decission. Personally I never really understood the point of raising the requirements as the Gens would have so little to do then.

lol yourself we can get it at any age. As for the age rule I don't agree to have one at all. This is because a guy of thirteen can be very mature and a 18 year old guy can behave like a kiddy. And lying about age is very easy. just say ur 18 change it in xfire and you are done. I think it is better to denie people whoa re not mature enough. Like place a no-vote if you think so. But that is my opinion and of course I will respect the rule. I just wanted to say this.
