Re: Football Topic
Never been. They were top 5 between 95-2003 or so.. they even played UEFA Cup vs Inter & Liverpool, cept I only started to care bout football about 8 year ago.. and that's when it went downhill already cus they were nearly bankrupt. The year I started to interest myself in footy, they ended 17th, and magically didn't relegate..
Concerning Ferrer.. maybe he'll do better at Barca B, he probably will.. he's ruling like an idiot.. We have 2 strikers, 1 midfielder and 1 nigger running around fucking up. The fuck up plays every match, he's supposed to attack but just runs around losing the ball. 1 striker was signed for 3,5m this winter, yet he only played half a match since then (he scored once, he made about 1 ball contact) due to injuries.. and the other strikes is playing fit for the first time basicly since the beginning of this season, but he rather lets the 18 yr old midfielder play deep, and when he misses a ball, instant rage sub him and put in the Norwegian striker.

Re: Football Topic
other question...
going to watch Rangers - PSV in ~30 min, home game was 0-0.. what to expect? Idk anything about Rangers, only that they're in financial trouble and that they have to get rid of any1 good for some change, like the 500k they got for Miller.. who's going to win, failBerg from PSV or pensioner Weir?

Rangers aren't really in "financial trouble", it's just that the money awarded in the SPL is so poor that the only way that they can gain money is by selling players. Miller was like 30 years old on quite a big contract (like 20,000 a week). Rangers have some good players.. it should be a good game. I'm watching Spartak Moscow vs Ajax.. Moscow have destroyed Ajax.Foxy wrote:other question...

Re: Football Topic
I hope Leverkusen will go through tonight.
Oh, and hopefully ManCity will get totally buttraped. I hate clubs like that, also Wolfsburg. They just buy every player they can get, fabricate a weird-ass mix and hope it'll work somehow.
They should really look at a club like Hoffenheim. The are backed by a billionair aswell, but they invest in youth centres, put their money into their huge scouting division and try to find hidden gems to make them into top tier footballers. It's not about having the big money, it's about how you spend it imo.

In regards to money.. what really annoys me is that the Russian League has so much money and good teams like Spartak Moscow, Zenit, Rubin Kazan etc .. and they buy so many random south americans etc.. if they spent money on trying to bring in real quality.. the Russian League could be amazing.

Re: Football Topic
huhhhhhh? there were couple of articles about Rangers having big debts, partially to Lloyds Bank, 34m, and that they wanted it back.. so they were in trouble or something
also CMON FINANCIAL FAIR PLAY PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEE
every club has debts, sometimes debts are over 500m.. shit like Real Madrid & ManU have more debts individually than the entire Eredivisie [=dutch league] spends a year..

also, Twente - Zenit.. money aint it all, Zenit lost 3-0 first game, they play at 9:05 I think.. gl Zenit
EDIT: Zenit just got knocked out.. they won 2-0 in the home game, but lost 3-0 away, Twente through to the quarters, 3-2 aggregate

Manchester City 1-0 Dinamo Kiev (Kiev win 2-1 on aggregate)
MANCHESTER CITY ARE OUT OF THE EUROPA LEAGUE
@ Foxy, Yes Rangers are in debt with Lloyds Bank etc... but it's manageable. The media has exaggerated it

Well that's something else alltogehter, Back then they didn't need to draw anything, Blatter just had to get his fat ass up to the stage and show us some pointless envelope with the winners in itFoxy wrote:the world championship thing with Russia in '18 n Qatar in '22 was done after about 45 min
