Promotions for Squad Officers.

As you all know Squad Officers (Ltn+) Need to be good and active Squad
Members.

If some1 is Ltn or higher and you want to promote them their promotion
counts harder as a normal promotion.
Since he is alrdy Officer he needs to prove him self more then a non-
officer member

That counts in:
»More Screenshots
»More Pwnage
»And active.

This wil slow down our grow into Ranks and make the Members Do
something for there Position in This Division.

1. dont argue
2. dont get big-headed
3. only half of the officer ranks are obtainable if you have a cracked game

well, I think you are right if I understand you right - a Officer shouldn't argue with his SquadLeader / DivCom.

and not to be bigheaded (like bragging) should be just normal.

Argueing is good.

This brings the Gen to new idea and i like poeple who listin to you and follow youre orders and at the same time the give their opinion and argueing its nothing wrong itsmore like a discussion

there is a defference between argueing and giving an opion
the argueng the prcey means is like trying to put your ideas down and giv otheres a chance i think
