I believe he is dead, but I do think that the US government could be a bit more open about information confirming it.

Being glad about a human that has been killed without an trial is nothing to be proud of I guess. Al Quaida just got an other reason to take revenge, if some of you remember correctly Obamas frst act as president of the USA was to close Guantanamo, due to the fact to stop any provocation possible towards the Al Quaida...

Well everything we know so far is that he died during a shooting while they tried to arrest him. At least they officialy said they wanted to arrest him, we cannot say for sure that it was a "kill mission" so we cannot really accuse them of "killing without a trial", because every criminal can be shot when he resists arrest. That is entirely legal.

The only problem is that they acted in another country without permission, but that's is something different.

There are different ways of fighting back. Punching, kicking, choking. And there have several other guys around him been armed (they even destroyed one helicopter), maybe they did not even know he was unarmed.
