New COD: MW2 System

Dear TX Gamers and fans,

Dc has already mentioned the total amount of leaves (~20) of some Mw2 members, surely this was a hard loss, but we will keep the show rolling! Therefore the new commander Crazy and me had several discussions regarding some things we need to change.

#1: We will no longer distinguihs between DivCom (which does not really exist anymore) and Commanders / Generals, all of the will belong to one new group: The Head management.

#2: The Colonels will be set up as Team Captains, one single Colonel has half a vote. Means that one Colonel has to find an other colonel sharing his opinion regarding an applicant and together they can place 1 full vote. The current Team management will be set up by:

#3: DC already said it, the echo squad will remain as the only squad right now, under my charge. Crazy will be in charge of this squad aswell, but he will receive his own squad as soon as we get more members within the division.

#4: We will concentrate more on professional eSports now, means more ESL internal matches and teaching the new applicants the existing ESL rules, members shall develop in their skill during their TX time.

#5: A new TX ESL team has been opened, its not german-only anymore, it is an international team, set up by the following players:

  Fox
  Screy
  FCO12
  Lucky
  viire / LH (Honorary member)

#6: One of the major problems in our past was that our members seperated from each other straight at the beginning, we had many conflicts and arguments, because the german amount of members was clearly dominating and nearly all of those german guys left.
The remaining members come along perfectly with each other, all of us share a trust and enjoy spending time together, no matter if he's french, german or dutch. We will try our best to keep this atmosphere up, we have rather a decent player suiting into our division, than a professional eSport winner, whos simply striving towards his own aims.

#7: We will remove the entire rank system, since it is senseless for the members within the division, there is no password for any private server you may get if you are Captain. If you are dedicated, friendly and active, the Head management will recognise those facts and you will be chosen whether as a honorary member or a Team Captain.

#8: The honorary members, which Ive mentioned above are the most skilled and / or dedicated members of the division.

I hope those changes will help us developing faster in future, so we can declare the MW2 division as one of TX major divisions again. At this place I want to grate the list of the following people, for their activity, dedication, suggestions and loyality:

We have also decided to add the Long-time member rank, which is accorded to every member who has been in the division for at least 9 months.


However, in order to thank the loyalty of those who remain to rebuild the division, we have decided them to grant them this rank :)
