A murder isn't always murder. If you kill a dangerous man are you a murder yourself? Probably not. But that's not really important. What is important, is that they shut the man up. If he is allowed to talk and tell his "story" he will gain followers and who knows what else might possible happen. Summary execution is the American way. *shrug* If they can do something else with the same effect so be it.
