Mh, lag when recording with such a device is very unusual, does not happen normaly

well ive found taking off all they shiney addons for windows 7 helps and putting the resoloution down but is there anything else that i could do as its still a little laggy

Crash Course:
Step 1: Get a Video Camera
Step 2: Aim it at Screen
Step 3: Press "Record" Button
Step 4: Play
Step 5: Upload to PC
Step 6: Add montage to wherever.
