Epic Games announced today that their upcoming third-person shooter, Gears of War 3, will offer a “season pass” for its downloadable content. It was announced that the pass will first be able to be purchased on September 20th. For 2400 Microsoft points ($29.99), you can get access to the first four DLC items for 33% off of normal price, as well as access to the Liquid Metal weapon skin.
These four installments of DLC will be released over a year period, starting in November and will be “adding hours of campaign and multiplayer mayhem” to the game, according to the announcement on Epic Games’ site.
