btw some of them are in quite low leagues, but I think that shouldn't be a problem, because my purpose for this Division is to play & train together, so I think the league is unimportant.
They just have to be active and I'm sure they are.

They will apply here as soon as they can.

Great. Mabye you should request a forum to start being constructed and put a list of all memebrs ect. Like BF3 did.

That's the way to go, and start off. Just make sure you keep up everything and don't suddenly fall into a fissure of failure.

i think we should make a list of people (league and race) and then we can start to train with the people who have the same "skilllevel" and teach them
the first thing to teach is always the makro

I think it would be the best if you make a list, who would join the division. But let only people join who already have the game and who are active, or it will fail...

But 1 question: Why should the division now be successfull? I'm not against this division and I would join, I'm happy if someone could train me. :)
