Finally 3 italian teams in the knockout rounds! Napoli has been awesome, they were in a really hard group, honestly I thought they would have played for Europa League, but they haven't, anyway I'm happy to see them back to the best 16 teams of Europe. I like Milan too at the moment, they are probably the best italian team now. Inter will go out of CL much soon if they keep playing such shit games.
Poor Dinamo Zagabria... 6-2 and 4-0 against Real, and now even 7-1 against Lyon, lol.
I can't believe that Manchester United is out, Basel basically played a defensive match.
Anyway these teams are going to play Europa league:
Manchester City
Trabzonspor
Manchester United
Ajax
Valencia
Olympiacos
Porto
Viktoria Plzeň

Lyon needed many goals and many goals came... after the first half the match was still on 1-1. They were away. Well at least we can tell that this situation is pretty weird.

1-7 doesn't happen so often.

Mario Götze won the Golden Boy Award (Award for the best young player), second is Barça's player Thiago.

Tonight is Clasico !
3-4-3, 3-5-2, 4-3-3 ?

Barça and Real Madrid are still on another world at the moment... and I kinda prefer Real Madrid ^^.
Probably the only teams which can have some chance against them are Bayern Munchen and MAYBE Milan, since the two Manchesters are out.
But who knows... everything can happen.

Btw guys what do you think about Neymar? Honestly, I don't know him too well. I don't care so much about south american football tbh. In my opinion some good euro team should get him and let him become a real champion, since european football > all.

I just hope that Robben comes back to his form over the winter break and starts playing as in 2010 again, becaue back then he was easily one of the best players in the world, almost on one level with Messi and Ronaldo. Also Schweinsteiger will come back from his injury, which will make us one mighty force!
Pacio wrote:Btw guys what do you think about Neymar?
I think he's totally overrated. He has some mad skills and all, but his teamplay and mentality is way too weak to really make it in Europe just yet.

Neymar is a class player, and he is young, but he still has much to learn. If you saw in any of the international matches that he played, some of his "tricks" ended badly. The tempo of the South american / Brazilian game is different to that of the European / English game, and therefore, I think he should wait until after the world cup (and he's rumoured to go to Real Madrid :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D ) before he comes to Europe. But, he is only 19.

About Neymar, he's very talented, i did not really like him before.. But now, he has shown some maturity on his talks. He's growing, and he does not take him as the best, he can become the best and be recognized like that.

Let's see what he will do this week-end against Barça and if he comes to Europe next season.

As I said, he signed a 3 year extension at Santos, which I think is for the best. The rumour is that he will go straight to Madrid after his extension runs out, which is going to be immediately after the World Cup. Ganso is also very talented, so I shall be keeping an eye on him.
