Since I have a really good Knowledge about Movies I also have some favorite ones featureing:

The Sixth Sense (Even if the director sucks ballz)
Fight Club
Shutter Island
The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (Never read the books before so wtf. :D)
The Prestige
just to name a few. :D

Even the mist has an incredible ending.

I also liked Inception's one and Secret window's one. Another cool one is Memento, which is a really particular but great movie, I suggest it to everyone who likes psychological thrillers!

YES Secret Window = awesome film.

A film with a good twist in it is Dusk till Dawn. It's one of those films you should just sit down and watch rather than research because researching it could definitely spoil things.
