Its official! Call of Duty Elite have finally posted on Facebook and on the website that it is up and running, everyone, I expect all of you to jump in joy!!!! It officially started up at 10 pm GMT I can't believe my eyes!

well premuium user can when they compleate clan challenges free user will be as well

there are 3 types of lvling
1: founder codes from hardend edition copies of the game give 500xp
2: clan operations (just released) premuim paid members can take part in tournaments the prize being xp for the clan
3: clan challenges (not available yet) all people signed upto a clan on elite wheter there free or paid members can contribute to these
for example a challenge might be to reach 50 days worth of gametime so it would add all members gametime together and if above 50 it will give us xp as a reward
