hey guys just wondering how promotions work?

Basically your now a cadet (trainee) its upto robb1083 to promote you into a platoon and to private when he feels your ready enough.

once in a platoon you will have a platoon commander and vice comaander who are in charge of promoting you from there up

promotion guidelines

Earning a Promotion:

The best way to earn a promotion is to be active on both these forums and in game. Ways to Earn a promotion are as follows.

- Stay active on the forums and in-game
- Help & show dedication by doing extra things for TeamXtreme.
- Show loyalty. (this method will take some tiem but if you are a loyal memebr its likely you will receive a promotion over time).
- Be Mature and assist other members in joining the clan or helping existing members awnser their questions.

Earning a Demotion:

- Failiure to follow the rules. (topic can be found here: viewtopic.php?f=242&t=10035 )
- Offending others if they are a member or not.
- If you do something that a staff member/leader or a division leader finds inappropriate they will report it and its possable you can be demote
