Okay so I know you can join Xbox live for free with a silver membership, but do you still get 800 points so you can change your name?

I'm thinking of making a new Xbox acc so I can have like a 20 kdr

Yes you can, i would think twice before you do so. You have to start all over with everything.

Nice. This is my first Call of Duty game ever since my mom refused to ever get Xbox live. Then in September I got xbox live and my house got robbed and xbox got stolen. Got new xbox in january and recovered gamer tag and got mw3, skyrim, and other games.
