I´m not sure about Klose Gomes had such a great year... not sure wether Götze will even be nominated of course he´s good, but as you said he hasnt played in a long time and there are other players on that postition who are rly good aswell.
btw. what do you think of Robert Huth as RB? I heard he played a very good season.

Well Gomez can finish, but that's fretty much it. He only stands in the middle and waits for crosses or balls to put into the net. Klose however is able to integrate himself into the tactics and the passing game, aswell as being a top finisher, which is exactly what Löw needs. Also his season for Lazio has been amazing.

If he ist fit and plays the next couple of matches for Dortmund, then I'm sure that Löw will pick him. He could come in handy if one of the starting 11 gets injured or if we need a joker.

He's a CB, but nevertheless, I really don't know why he's not in the national team. His performances for Stoke the past two seasons have been phenomenal, he is definately better than Mertesacker or Boateng.
Personally I would prefere Höwedes on RB, because Boateng is prone to silly mistakes and reckless tackles.
