I understand that some are angry about him, not because of the penalty miss, that can happen, but because of the way he plays. Never passes the ball, never looks for the open man, always trying to shoot on the goal. He tried it 15(!) times in the CL final, but like half of them went far, far, far, over the goal (almost as bad as Ramos' penalty). Way too egoistic player, it's been a mistake to sign another contract with him. They should have sold him to another team.

And I' not only talking about the CL final here, it's his way of playing in general. In every single game...

I guess Robben won't shoot a penalty in another big match.
Dortmund-Bayern, match for the title, penalty miss.
CL final, penalty miss.
And both were just bad, not a great save by the GK.

Btw, Robben played for Bayern or Holland ?

Hm that seems a bit exagerated. Robben is just a real champion. Okay he missed two important penalties, but that doesn't mean he instantly became a loss for Bayern. Maybe he just can't stand to a huge pressure, and that's probably the only thing he miss to become a perfect player. He's just similar to Ibrahimovic, who does great in Italy but plays shit in Europe; some players just feel this pressure and can't do so well. But still, in my opinion Robben is one of the best footballers at the moment.

He's a really good players yeah, but he doesn't play good in the finals (i call the Dortmund-Bayern a final for the league..), he failed against Chelsea 1 week ago.
And he failed against Spain, playing bad and missing the match ball against Casillas in 2010.
He's really good, when he's not injured.

Joey Barton has been banned for 12 games by the FA, rightly deserved. Thug.

Doesn't really make sense that Adebayor would be signing a new contract when he was only on loan at Spurs last season.

Final of the Copa del Rey tonight between FC Barcelona and Athletico Bilbao.

Two good playing teams, it's going to be good, i hope so.

Just some updates on the German transfer Market:

- Bayern take heavy interest in Javi Martínez to be Bastian Schweinsteiger's partner in defensive Midfield next season. Sporting Director Christian Nerlinger has been watching him at the Copa del Rey final yesterday.

- Bayern have signed Claudio Pizarro from Werder Bremen on a free transfer to back up Mario Gomez. He's been at Bayern before from 2001-2007 and scored 100 goals in 254 appearances.

- Wolfsburg are almost certain to sign Eredevise top-scorer Bas Dost. Which seems strange, considering they already got Helmes, Mandzukic, Olic, Sio and Jönsson

- Borussia Dortmund want to sign young German striker prospect Julian Schieber from VfB Stuttgard. The only proble: Stuttgart want 9mio Euros.

- Shinji Kagawa is set to leave and almost certain to join Manchester United.

- Borussia Mönchengladbach want to sign Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa from Montpellier as a replacement for Dante, who is leaving for Bayern. The 10mio pricetag seems to be the barrier though.

- David Hoilett is on the list of multiple Bundesliga clubs: Werder Bremen and Borussia Mönchengladbach are the hottest contenders.

- Naldo wants to go back to Brazil and is being connected with Brazilian club Gremio.

- Twente striker Luuk de Jong has free choice: Schalke, Dortmund and Gladbach want him. Fladbach seem to be favourites.

- Hamburg are going Dutch: They want Dirk Kuyt (Liverpool), Dammy de Zeuuw (Spartak Moskow) and Jonathan de Guzman (Vilareal).

What about Robben? According to what happened during Bayern-Holland, his relationship with a part of Bayern fans looks really compromised. I wonder if we'll hear rumors about him aswell this summer.
