Language problem.

Post by Treezer »

I`ve been thinkin about that Geek said about the Language barrier. Maybe we can Divide the squads up in Nationality. Like one Nordic, German, US, East/south Europe(Just an Exsample).. Im Not Claiming. Just Asking. That would maybe be better with the communicating.

Lol I made the language thing, a bigger problem then it is. I was jumping the gun a little, as it were. The Germans(Jerry's for us english) are very good at english for the most part. To make a whole english squad etc would be complicated and drawn out, and would not make that much difference in the end because we all play together when we feel like it.

The only time it gets annoying is when you can't read the german apps/threads or when they talk in german on TS because its easier for them and doesn't involve me. For my part I just gonna have to bare with the little things. So all over its not such a big problem.

Well the german topics on these forums are almost all really old when TX was a 100% german clan. But we changed alot untill now ...

TemXtrme is communicating fine in my opinion, and there's is only german in the RepCom section [GER] so i dont see any problem plus all the Gen+ ranks are suited by good english talking persons so i dont see any problem :)
I'm pretty good at stuff, until people watch me do that stuff

( I have been away cause of school work ;) )

I really see no problem with TS either. If you say " please cant we all talk in english wehn im here so i can understand? " Then I do think people in TX would start talking in english. And with the sections, i dont know if you thought about it, but... What if there would be a clan intern match, squad vs squad.

" ENGLAND RULES "

" No, GERMANY PWNZ YOU "

Thats what it would look like eventually. Hard to see now? lol i do have to say that it would end up like that, it always does ;)

I speak swedish to my friends ( from sweden of course ) but if someone from let's say TX came in who is german. I wouldn't continue talking in swedish, thats just foolish. I would of course speak in english so he can also be in the convo.

Tip from da Coach

Btw, no harm or like, dissrespect by posting this. I said my meaning, dont we all? 8)
I Might Surprise you !

of course, if someone asks we keep all talk in english and in scrims or serious matches it's just normal to talk english if someone who's not German is on your team, that's no question.

Hmm now that you think about it , Germany shouldn't be splitted up with English
I'm okay with german and i don't think it's a language "Problem"

So can anyone teach me german? Just kidding.
No really!
