Okay, but the amount of money fined is a joke. We see 100K for a blatant advertisement but no where near that amount for something like racism?!

I think the amount is justified, since footballers don't earn particularly little money :P
However I agree with you that in comparision to other violations it's a joke. But I think racism cases such as Suarez vs. Evra or Terry vs. Ferdinand are not handled by the UEFA, but by the respective FAs, so it's shame on them.
