Could you explain further what you mean? What do you plan to want to do as partners? For example, you're wanting to form a 2v2 Face off team?
I am quite active if I do say so myself, so I might be able to.

Slight problem though, latest I'm on is around between 19:30 - 20:30 MAXIMUM, otherwise yeah I'll be available

Let's not go too far with the whole quoting from wikipedia about social groups and all that stuff. All he wants is a partner to rely on when he's playing and it's not like he's separating from the rest of the clan he just wants to have kind of a team of two kinda thing going on now and then. Sometimes, the best way to play strategically is to have teams of 2 as everyone knows it's hard to have a full 6 team of normal game modes like SnD and TDM made up of clan members, so might as well make a solid small team which you can rely on.

He can do waht he likes but it would be prefered if you play with a variety of clan members instead of "only one".

It's fine I understand what he wants to do, he looking for someone to become competative with him online so when they play not only are they awesome but always competiting
