Look, don't leave cus of this, because unless you really want to, no1 wants you to do it, you've been really fun to play and to talk to, so leaving the clan would be a big blow for at least me but I'm sure for many more members.

I wasn't there when you guys were playing, but seeing the two sides of the argument I'm sure of what happened. This has happened before, may it be on the same scale or a bit more minor, and this will always happen. I just want to say the point of a clan is to be a team, but if you wanna play each other, do it for fun! It's sometimes fun playing against your clan, but don't turn it into a serious affair. Don't even make it into a competition, cus that's where these problems arise from a lot of the time. But I honestly feel misunderstandings like these will happen and the best way out of it is to forgive and forget, but for that to happen there has to be an apology, which I feel you unfortunately failed to grasp the concept of. But I'm not trying to attack you, I'm not trying to defend you either, all I'm saying is all of us are willing to play the same way we used to without remembering this, without holding anything against anyone that is concerning this event, with a simple price of saying "sorry" (not literally just that of course).

There will always be misunderstandings between members, that's unavoidable in a clan full of different people, but the art to this is to move on, which is what I've done in the past when I was in a very similar situation.

Now, I have talked to both sides of the argument here and both are firing accusations at eachother that the other one just denies and throws more back.

It is clear that both sides in this case have commited a wrong. In the first place toxic has commited a wrong in someone elses viewpoint and therefore fought back for himself, however in doing so you have made false accusations to someone saying you are a "cheat", this was never mentioned, from what i hear you "used the out of game chat (party) to go to the area and avoid being killed" this is regardless of it you did this or not, as I wasn't there i cannot make any accusations as to who is correct. Due to this factor I will confirm from what i have heard that you have both done wrong in either the way of saying something to the player in the first place or suggesting that they have played unfairly when it is still highly possible that they may have not.

Now Toxic, you have created a topic to apologise for what you did however looking at it it looks like a way to further "rant" (for lack of a better word) at the members who caused you the problem in the first place.

The highlighted part is a reasonable apology however you then followed this by stating that we are a mature clan implying that our members acted in a somewhat immature way regarding that you may have and did act in their opinion unfairly. However members during the time shouldn't have said anything to imply unfair play as we as a clan shouldn't do that and that it is more than highly possible that you didn't.

I want everyone from this point to think alot more carefully about what they say when playing a game and how far an argument can and should be taken. I feel as I'm sure many other members do that this topic has created a bigger problem than existed beforehand and this issue could have been resolved much sooner online. It isn't always nessasary to post a topic to apologise to a select few members of the community as they can be reached easily via PM, and resolve it between themselves, this issue has now been seen by the whole clan and it didn't need to be. I respect that each party was trying to defend themselves and that makes alot of sense to me but as you stated toxic we are a clan of mature gamers, this means we are able to sort our issues out without a higher authority or the rest of the clan knowing. Allowing members such as myself, not having to worry about issues such as this as I have had to talk to both parties and explain the problems that have occured and come to writing this rather large (as it turned out) post.

I hope that this issue no longer continues and anything that happens like this again, can firstly be resolved between the members and if not, coming to Firetrap, Robbd or myself to resolve it.

I hope this will now be resolved if anyone has a further problems with this issue please contact me directly.

Wrapping the story up it basicly come to this: Both parties are mad because they called each other a 'Cheat'?

Its a five letter word. Dont be pissed about five letters. Discuss this out like mature members and dont rush things like a bunch of baboons.

Think it through with a bith more reason before you guys act. This will avoid alot of unnecessary problems in the future.

From what I've read I still didn't understand what Firetrap did wrong. When your superior/division leader asks you (within reason) to stop acting immature (because you got frustrated and starting to annoy people), just do it.

Toxic: I wasn't here either but I don't think Firetrap asked you to change your attitude without a valid reason: he has always appreciated you and has no interest in just blaming you out of the blue.

Also, as Barcode nicely explained, we really appreciate the fact you apologised. However, and I quote Barcode, if you want to make apologies, don't hide them behind accusations and blamings. OR, if you want to do so, and since you're going to make the whole clan involved in the issue, give a minimum of precisions of what happened so we can actually have an opinion on the matter. If you dont' want to bother explaining exactly what happened, then just solve this privately, as Barcode said.

Now, regarding your decision, it is up to you: people already told you how much they appreciate you and how much they would prefer to keep you in the clan. However just know you are not going to be begged and if you decide to leave, we will let you go and you will be the only one to pay this. So be mature, get over it, and have fun like you did in the past. Neither Firetrap nor anyone else in the clan wants you out.

Nonetheless, read this carefully. We have a hierarchy and I want you to respect this. That counts for every member and is essential if we want to have the best and funniest experience while being in a clan.

Each Division/Squad/Group leader is chosen and trusted to care about his members and to make them feel at ease. You are not allowed to insult your leader or to lack respect towards him, even if you're right (that counts for every member but insulting your leader shows you do not respect your clan). NOW OF COURSE some leaders can be wrong, act bad, flame, etc. and OF COURSE they are entirely wrong to do so. AND OF COURSE we want to get rid of them (because having a hierarchy doesn't mean we give less credits to "normal" members than to their leaders). If you face a real issue with your leader and if you can't find a solution, just report to higher members (if possible take screenshots) and they will do their job. But insulting a leader is never the solution, is extremely serious, and is very hardly sanctioned, for the clan's wellfare.

Hasero: When you feel "attacked" on a public area, especially when facts aren't exposed as they really were, it is normal you react. I believe noone had the intention to create a debate our of it all.

Barcode: You don't need to sign "The XBOX360 Leadership" at the end of such a message. Firstly because it is not an announcement or anything of the sort, secondly because it is already written above your rank badge that you are part of the leadership, and thirdly because you gave out a personal opinion there, which means you didn't take the whole "leaderSHIP's" voice. Keep it for important posts :) But apart from this, I totally agree with you.
